Returns & Exchanges
Eligible items may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Items must be returned within 5 Days of delivery. PROJECT FASHION will NOT accept any returns after 5 days. Please be sure to notify PROJECT FASHION via email that you are returning so that we can anticipate the arrival of your package. Once your item has been received, you will receive a store credit via e-Gift Card issued via email to the email on file.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed, free of any stains, stains from makeup, deodorant, wear and/or fragrances. We do NOT accept items that have been worn, washed, altered, sales items, bodysuits, leggings, earrings and/or swimsuits. Defective items must be reported within 2 Days. If not reported, unfortunately we will not be able to issue store credit. If you believe that you have received incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Cancellations - Orders placed can only be canceled within the hour in which the order was placed.
Please Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom items, Pre Order items, Swimwear, leggings, bodysuits, sales items, gift cards purchases, free or promotional items and accessories are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return and/or store credit.
PROJECT FASHION STORE CREDIT expires after 3 months.
