All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS via the shipping method(s) chosen below:

  • Standard Shipping - Tracking Included
  • Priority Mail - Tracking Included plus Insurance 

PROJECT FASHION cannot provide any additional shipping information outside of what's provided via your tracking number once it is in the possession of USPS and/or UPS.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email along with your order number.  Once your order is processed and has shipped, you will receive another automatic email (shipping confirmation) including your USPS or UPS tracking number (whichever method/carrier you chose at checkout).  Please allow at least 24hrs after your order has shipped, as it can take up to 24hrs for you to see the scans and/or movement of USPS/UPS.  

Please track your package via USPS.com, UPS.com or via the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email.

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once order has been placed/completed.  This especially applies to custom and pre order items, as all custom and pre order items are made to order specifically for that one order.  In the event a size needs to be changed (and your order has not shipped yet) we recommend immediately reaching out to us via email with your name, order number, item, size you ordered and the size you need instead (in the event an error occurred while placing the order).  

We ask that you allow 7-10 business days for order fullfillment and processing before shipment.

All Custom and Pre-Order items are scheduled to ship within 2-3 weeks after order is placed and processed.  In most cases, orders ship before this timeframe however in the event that there is an early arrival or delay, 2-3 weeks is our standard timeframe.

PROJECT FASHION is/will not be responsible for any lost, stolen and/or misdelivered packages.  If your package is lost/stolen/misdelivered, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the chosen shipping carrier in order to be reimbursed for the lost/stolen/misdelivered package, as the shipping carrier is responsible and at fault.
